Starting with a risk analyses and determining the degree of criticality of major components, Molam International is able to devise and/or implement a maintenance strategy integrating conditional and periodical maintenance with the goal of limiting or avoiding altogether emergency maintenance. The module evaluates maintenance costs and life cycle costs in order to create a solid basis for an operational maintenance program in the field.

If required, an improvement team evaluates and drafts proposals showing alternatives and modifications in order to maximize operational excellence while minimizing maintenance costs.
