Expansion Joints

Ranging from 32 mm to 3000 mm, Molam's expansion joints are applicable in many situations.

In pipe installations, these expansion joints compensate for misalignment, absorb shocks and compensate for contraction and elongation. One particular application is to absorb movement caused by thermal expansion. They can also be used for acoustic isolation and electrical insulation.

The elastic properties of these flexible joints combined with a variety of reinforcing materials provide good resistance to the medium flowing through the pipeline.

Molam's expansion joints are fully certified. An independant inspection certification is possible.
